Clarendon Road Fund

Clarendon Road, Sevenoaks is a private road maintained by and for the benefit of the properties along the southern catchment. The Road Fund exists to ensure the road is kept in good condition, fairly funded by all households who use it.

As a private road, Clarendon Road does not fall under the maintenance responsibility of Kent County Council or Sevenoaks District Council. The upkeep — including resurfacing, drainage, and lighting — is the collective responsibility of the residents.
